How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 24 hours of completion of payment. Non-personalized items are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. Personalized and custom items may require additional processing time, but are typically shipped within 5-7 business days. What is your method of shipping?

Lovebugs is proud to ship via the United States Postal Service. In many cases, orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation at no additional charge.
Shipments can be sent via USPS Express Mail for a flat rate of $20.00.
Q: International Shipments
Do you ship internationally, and how much will it cost?
A:
Yes, we are happy to ship to most countries worldwide. However, additional shipping & handling charges will apply. Your calculated total will not reflect these additional charges.
You may choose to have your shipment sent via USPS Global Priority Mail or via USPS Global Express Mail.
Please indicate your choice of shipping method in the "message" section of your shopping cart, or email us following placement of your order to indicate your preference. We will then contact you to verify approval for these additional charges prior to processing your order.
Q: Return Policy
What is Lovebugs' Return Policy?
A:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Lovebugs will be happy to issue a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is not custom-made or personalized (as all sales on custom-made or personalized items are final), and that all of the following terms are met:
All returns require a return authorization number (RA number). Please email us at returns@lovebugsdesigns.com prior to shipping your return to obtain your RA number. Your RA number should be noted on your return address label. Any shipment that is sent to Lovebugs without an RA number will be returned to the customer, and no credit will be issued.
Items to be returned shall be boxed, and sent prepaid and insured to: Lovebugs Returns Department, P.O. Box 727, Mandeville, LA 70470-0727. Please include the original packing slip with a notation stating "Return" and the RA number.
Please be aware that any item that is to be returned must be boxed in its original unused condition, free of any defects. Buyer remains responsible for all shipping & handling charges, therefore credit issued will be cost minus S&H.
For your protection, it is important that you remember to insure your return shipment to Lovebugs, as we cannot be responsible for refunds on items that we do not receive.
Damaged Freight Items: In the unlikely event that a package is delivered dented, punctured or otherwise looks as if damage may have occurred in transit, all items within the package must be examined by recipient in the presence of the driver and must be documented on the freight bill at the time of delivery. If any damage fails to be documented on the freight bill at the time of delivery and recipient accept the delivery, Lovebugs cannot be held responsible for any claims made.
